He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Knight Tousley and Christine Naomi Nelson; his sisters, Jewell Sarazin (Ora) and Mildred Stanberry (Darrell); his former wife Emily R. Peabody; and his son-in-law George Voss.
He is survived by: his spouse Jean; his stepdaughters, Kathleen Tobin (Jay), Kristeen Jensen (Tom), Janice Weaver (Brent), Julie Voss, Paulette Sievert (Kirk), Peggy Fragale (Bob) and Theresa Klasky (Al); his great grandchild Flora; and his stepdaughters, Marilyn Bouchard (Charles), Vikki Miller (Doug) and Debbie Bauer. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
