He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Alexander, Sr. and Gertie Hoffman; his brothers, Virgil Alexander, Jr., Louis Alexander, Peter Alexander, Sr., Roy Alexander and Glen Alexander; and his sons, Robin Alexander and Brian Alexander.
He is survived by: his significant other Connie Bundy; his close friend Lyle Gehrke; and his children, Marcus Alexander (Kristy) of Littleton, CO, Kathy Cox (Phil) of Bemidji, MN and Merry Alexander (Larry). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
