He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Masters and Leola Josephine Masters. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Flom; and his siblings-in-law, Iha France (Marvin) of Pine City, MN and Jerry Norquist of Lancaster, PA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
