She was predeceased by: her parents, Emanual "Emil" and Kreszentia Buschmann (Elmer); her son Edwin; and her siblings, Irene Darden (Barclay), Richard, Werner, Max and Harold Buschmann.
She is survived by: her husband Elmer "Christy" Christensen; her children, Rolland Christensen (Carol), Linda Chantland, Lee Christensen, Carl Christensen, Arvid Christensen (Connie) and Donald Christensen (Bonnie); and her siblings, Rolland Buschmann (Pat), Larry Buschmann (Sandy) and Norma Edwards. She is also survived by great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
