She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur F. Hoffmann and Clara M. Hoffmann; her husband Kenneth Mensing; and her siblings, Helmuth Hoffmann, Caroline Winter, Eleanor Tiedeman, Betty Williams and LaVonne Costello.
She is survived by: her sons, Craig Mensing of Sandstone, Randall Mensing (Deborah) of Pine Island and Brian Mensing (Deidra) of Pine Island; her grandchildren, Brandon Mensing (Shauna), Amber Knott (Jake), Samantha Scinto and Megan Brunkhorst (Chris); and her siblings, Leonard, Gordon, Arden, Donald, Duane, Maynard Hoffmann, Velma Bloom and Charlotte Weichmann.
