He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Stock and Ruth Stock; his daughter-in-law Joy Stock; and his niece Monica Kullot. He is survived by: his close friend Jessica Hoehne; his children, Troy Stock of Elgin, Rhonda Walters (Rodney) of Arcadia, Craig Stock of Oronoco and Katherine Stock of Pine Island; his grandchildren, Aaron Stock, Maria Gundlach, Rachael Stock, Jordan Walters, Riley Walters, Jazmine Brown, Tanner Jackson and Dillion Daniels; his sisters, Irene Kullot (Dennis) of Eyota and Gladys Vagt (Steve) of Mazeppa; and his former wife Judy Carol Stock of Plainview.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Paul Lutheran Church (214 3rd St SW, Pine Island, MN 55963). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
