It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel O. Sobeck of Pine Island, Minnesota, born in Winona, Minnesota, who passed away on June 24, 2022, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Sobeck and Beverly Sobeck (Braatz); and his granddaughter Weylyn Sobeck. He is survived by: his wife Shelley Plank; his children, Jamie Dessner (Kyle), Haley Gaulke (Elliott) and Corey Sobeck (Alicia); his grandchildren, Liam, Lainee, Quinn, Lexi, Charlee and Emmi; and his sisters, Barb Schuth (Rich), Susie McNallan (Dick Thomsen) and Carol Schneider (Troy). He is also survived by four nieces and one nephew.
