He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Baker and Anna Baker (Thompson); his granddaughter Ashley Ferguson; his siblings, Lennis, Mark, Ardys, Mavis and Wesley; and his brother-in-law Mel Haug.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Baker of Sun City, Arizona; his children, Yvette Ferguson of Denver, Yvonne Hoop (Brian) of Bloomington and Darcey Baker (Edna) of Rapid City; his grandchildren, Jay Ferguson (Brooke), Drew Ferguson, Tasha Baker, Travis Baker (Renee) and Emma Saldumbide (Spencer); his great grandchildren, Cate Ferguson, Cora Ferguson and Freya Baker; his sister Marie Redel of Jefferson City, Missouri; and his siblings-in-law, Millie Markley of Florida, Barbara Baker of Florida and Martin Haug of Pine City. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to: Hunter's Hope Foundation which is a non-profit organization committed to giving hope through education and awareness, research and family care of Krabbe Disease.
