He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Cook and Margaret Cook (Schott); his wife Diane Cook; and his sisters, Shirley Simonson and Jean Nightengale.
He is survived by: his daughters, Patricia Olsonberg (Ken) of Spokane, Deborah Kodluboy (Len) of Hudson and Christine Davis (Bryan) of Little Canada; his grandchildren, Shelby Olsonberg, Noah Olsonberg, Leah Maxon (Cory), Robert Kodluboy (Claire), Katie Kodluboy, Calley Kodluboy, Harley Frederick, Brianna Davis and Cheyanne Davis; his great grandchild Christopher Maxon; and his siblings, Betty Heinz (Bruce), Joe Cook (Kathy), Mary Loschy (Curt) and Cheryl Funk (John). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
