He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Jr. Roubinek and Anna Roubinek (Tone); his wife Betty Roubinek of Pine City; his daughter-in-law Sue Roubinek; and his siblings, James Roubinek (Gloria), Lawrence Roubinek (Clara), Emma Haug (Milton), Albina Scott-Russell (Norman), Martha Spinler (Adolph) and Rosie Broz (Ed).
He is survived by: his children, Ray Roubinek of Pine City, Tim Roubinek of Cottage Grove, Cindy Roubinek of Pine City and Tom Roubinek (Michelle) of Woodbury; his grandchildren, Krista Brownell (TJ), Adam Roubinek (Nikki) of Cambridge, Joshua Roubinek of Braham, Lauren Roubinek of Cottage Grove, Ryan Roubinek (Allysa) of Bemidji, Elise Roubinek of Woodbury, Lillian Roubinek of Woodbury and Andrew Roubinek of Woodbury; and his great grandchildren, Kaia, Kaden, Edyn, Annie, Nora and Alivia. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Journey North Church (840 Main St S, Pine City, MN 55063). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
