He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Spike and Laura Spike; his children, Vickie Spike and Terry Spike; his grandson Zachary Jensen; and his son-in-law Roger Jensen.
He is survived by: his wife Cloey Spike; and his children, Myron Lee (LeeAnn), Tony, Scott, Todd (Holly) and April.
