She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Olson and Gladys Olson; her husbands, Gayhart McBride and George Storms; her siblings, Rosie, Maynard, Gloria, Bernard and Beverly; her children, Sue Koehler, Sam McBride and Ron McBride; her granddaughter Tracie; her great great grandchild Reyna; and her niece Kathy Stormer.

She is survived by: her children, Jim McBride (Irene), Gloria Peterson (Dave), Felicia Novak and Gail Herold (Chris). She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 51 great-grandchildren; 13 great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
