He was predeceased by: his mother Darlene. He is survived by: his daughter Kelly Veilleux; his father Ted; his siblings, Doug and Janelle Carlyle; his close friend Mickey Barney; his nephews, Mitchel and Chasen Carlyle; and his former wife Paula Turner.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Osman Shrine Women's Auxiliary.
