She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Egsgaard and Mary Egsgaard (Rasmussen); her sons-in-law, Doug Teich and Doug Haavisto; and her siblings, Bernadine Lindell Nelsen and Gerald Egsgaard.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Peterson; her daughters, Diane Teich, Ilene Haavisto and Lucy Miller (Ted); and her grandchildren, Erin Johnson (Ben), Elena Wiley (Dan), Wendy Haavisto (Kris Ostenso), Matt Haavisto (Katie Larson), Heather Haavisto-Muir (John Muir), Becky Marshall (Matt), Annie Johnson (Jason), Lenny Miller (Amy) and Tony Miller (Kim Caruso). She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
