Marcia Johnson Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marcia Johnson (Pine City, Minnesota), born in Rush City, Minnesota, who passed away on February 4, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Hertenstein and Mary Hertenstein; her brothers-in-law, Virgil Beecher and Bill Hegge; her husband Edgar Johnson; and her grandson Richie Johnson.

She is survived by: her children, Dale Johnson (Mary) of Pine City, Pat Johnson of Pine City and Ruth Hall (Jim) of Minneapolis; her grandchildren, Sarah Johnson (Jeff), Jessica Lake (Robert) and Bradley Sparling (Stephanie); her great grandchildren, Emma and Greyson Johnson; and her siblings, Gloria Beecher, Ruby Erickson (Bob), Joe Hertenstein and Robert Hertenstein (Marilyn). She is also survived by wife and mother whether it was putting in long hours at the farm or helping out friends.
