With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lars Bakken Jr. of Pine City, Minnesota, who passed away on February 27, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Norwegian; his sister Ann; his brother-in-law Joe; his significant other Marilyn; his siblings, Lorraine (Lew), Joanie and Donald (Gail); and his children, Lars (Sharon), Jeffrey, Julie (David), Kristine (Mike), Eric (Mickey) and James. He was also cherished by grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to be made to Cristo Rey Jesuit High School of Minneapolis (https://www.cristoreytc.org).
