He is survived by: his former wife Pam; his wife Pamela; his children, Sarah McFarland (David) and Joshua Smith; his sisters, Sue Christensen (Mike), Carol Wilson, Gail Van Wyck and Sharon DeVries (Jon); and his sisters-in-law, Paulie Beise (Wally), Patty Anderson (Warren) and Carolyn Sato. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, many friends and his special Sturgis brothers.
