He is survived by: his wife Deb Schellbach of Rush City; his children, John Kozisek III (Megan) and Mary Kozisek (William Gilbert); his grandchildren, Skye, Chance, Chase, Julian, Christian and John IV; his brother Casey Kozisek (Kim); his niece Jaime Wuori (Jeremy); his nephew Casey Kozisek Jr.; his great-nephews, Mikko and Onni Wuori; and his former wife Deb Kozisek. He is also survived by many cousins, other relatives and friends.
