He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Stumne and Grace Stumne (Gottschalk); his brother Glenn Stumne (D'anne); his daughter-in-law Sandy Stumne; and his parents-in-law, Joseph and Evelyn Kringlie.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Stumne of Pine City; his children, Bryan Stumne (Karen) of Pine City, Brent Stumne (Heidi Haavisto) of Danforth, Beth Emslander (Mark) of Pine City and Barb Bramer (Doug) of Andover; his grandchildren, Andrew (Kim), Ryan, Adam Stumne (Hayley), Joseph, Jacob, Holly Emslander, Elizabeth Hinnenkamp (Daniel), Katie and Hannah Bramer; his great grandchildren, Caleb, Briana and Sawyer Stumne; and his brother Alve Stumne (Lu) of Pine City. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
