He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Youngbauer and Emma Youngbauer (Johnson); his son John Norring; his brothers, Charles Youngbauer, James Youngbauer (Lois) and Clarence Paulson (Mary Ann); and his brother-in-law Donald Schwarz.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Youngbauer; his children, James Norring (Debbie), Rick Norring (Deb) and Terrie Soukup (Frank); his daughter-in-law Christine Norring; and his sister Charlene Schwarz. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
