He was predeceased by: his parents, Grant Nicoll and Alta Nicoll (Haynes); his former wife Eunice Lee; his son George Nicoll; his siblings, Vera "Toots" Vesely and Laural Nicoll (Joyce); his nephews, Joel Carlson and Randy Carlson; and his great grandchild TJ.
He is survived by: his son-in-law Larry Stransky; his wife Alison Nicoll of Bentonville, Arkansas; his daughter Shirley Stransky (Larry) of Pine City; his grandchildren, Travis Stransky (Darcey) of Pine City, Jenny Atkins (Elby) of Hinckley, David Nicoll (Sarah Jane) of Sartell and Lisa Bornhorst (Jay) of Prior Lake; and his sister Leona Carlson of Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, many other relatives and friends.
