He was predeceased by: his parents, Ever Madison and Florence Madison; his wife Alyce Mae Madison; and his siblings, Merlin Madison (Myrna) and June Howard (Merlyn).
He is survived by: his former wife Alyce Mae Johnson; his children, Mark Madison (Laurie) of Pine City, Brad Madison (Michelle) of Spokane, Pam Thiry (John) of Boise, Idaho and Paul Madison (Lindsay) of Boise, Idaho; and his brother Dean Madison (Margaret) of Pine City. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
