He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Rike and Berniece Rike; and his son John. He is survived by: his sons, Charles Jr. Rike (Lottie) and Greg Rike (Sandy); his former spouse Pat Rike (Peggy Karnuth); his sisters, Kathy Bartheidel and Areatha Leisinger (Warren); and his son Boy Scout Troop. He is also survived by four grand-children, and six great grand-children.
