He is survived by: his wife Karen; his daughter Krista Carlson (Robert); his grandchildren, Emily and Henry; his mother Shirley Cupp; and his siblings, Louis Fine (Dianne) and Lundy Cupp. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
