He was predeceased by: his parents, Eleanor Putnam (Drake) and Hawley Putnam. He is survived by: his wife Colleen Brogan; his children, Alison Hall (Justin) and Adam Putnam (JoAnne); his grandsons, Eli, Nolan Hall, Nate, Andy (Payton) and Joe Putnam; his great grandchild Khloe; and his sisters, Linda Putnam and Loujean Noble (Bob). He is also survived by nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews; and many friends.
