He is survived by: his wife Delphine; his children, David Wagner (Carmen), Doug Wagner (Joan) and Deanna Wagner; and his siblings, Roger Wagner (Mary Ann), Dennis Wagner (Sydney), Carol Williams and Ruth Krautkremer (Mark). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
