He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Hinch and Leaffy Hinch (Layman); his wife Mary Holmes; his daughter Deb Karasch; his grandson Jacob Hinch; his great grandchildren, Blair Hafften and Noah Noakes; and his siblings, Dwight, Bill, Lloyd, Letha, Lavon, Sharon and Jeanne.
He is survived by: his children, Christine Sherseth (Kim), Joe Hinch (Tammy) and Kari Hummel (Jeff); and his close friend Joanne Groves. He is also survived by 10 Grandchildren; and 23 Great Grandchildren.
