He is survived by: his children, Sandra Bjorstrom (Mike) of Albertville, MN, Susan Lager (Jim) of Ramsey, MN, Sharon Athman (David) of Pierz, MN, Cara Swartz (Rick) of Motley, MN and Greg Stumpf (Jennifer) of Andover, MN; his grandchildren, Ryan, Ashley, Tonya, Ellen, Dawn, Rebecca and Max; his siblings, Joe Stumpf (Gloria), Lori Funk (Jim), Art Stumpf (Jane), Lue Gilmer (Bruce) and Geri Pohlkamp (JR); and his brother-in-law Don Stockler.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Shelley-Virnig Funeral Chapel (202 Main St S, Pierz, MN 56364). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at 28520 Church St, Pierz, MN 56364.
