He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Poepping and Olivia Poepping (Watercott); his daughters-in-law, Carolyn Poepping and Norah Poepping; his grandson Michael Hartmann; his great grandchild Tyler Poepping; and his siblings, Josephine, Ann, Edna, Hilda, Norbert and Ben.
He is survived by: his wife MaryAnn; his children, Jeanette Cyr (Bob), Carol Maurer (Dick), Pat Kurtz (John), Sue Gall (Leon), John Poepping (Judy), Paul Poepping, Daniel Poepping and Donna Bruzik (Mark); and his brothers, Gerald Poepping, Albert Poepping (Karen) and Clarence Poepping (Jane). He is also survived by 31 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
