Marie Ellen Stangl Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 23, 2020, at the age of 94, Marie Ellen Stangl of Pierz, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Jerome J. Stangl; and her children, Margie Marshik (Stangl) and Franny Stangl. She is survived by: her children, Al Stangl (Marge) of Brainerd, MN, Lonnie Hiemenz (Rog) of Pierz, MN and Karla Storkamp (Chuck) of Pierz, MN; and her daughter-in-law Karen Stangl of Buckman, MN. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren with 1 on the way, 5 great-great-grandchildren with 1 one on the way, 8 step-grandchildren, and 1 step-great-grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Holy Trinity Catholic School in Pierz or the Pierz Villa.
