She was predeceased by: her mother Susan Theis (Bolster); her husband Roman Meyer; her grandson Brian Kummet; her father Nick Theis; her brother Claude Theis (Carol); and her brothers-in-law, Cletus Meyer (Deloria), Ervin Meyer (Janet) and John Akotchik.
She is survived by: her children, Neil Meyer (Carolyn) of St. Cloud, Loren Meyer (Janel) of Pierz, Jeanne Knopik (Dick) of Little Falls and Julie Kummet (Bob) of Lastrup; her grandchildren, Shannon Meyer, Lori Guggenberger (Cory), Luke Meyer (Jessica), Lisa Smude (Kevin), Eric Knopik (Emily), Kevin Knopik (Rachel), Justin Meyer (Cassie), Brandon and Shana Meyer; her granddaughter-in-law Becky Kummet (Jeremy Larson); her great great grandchild Raelyn Fallgren; her sister Ellen Akotchik; and her brother-in-law Gerald Meyer (Corrine).
Marie enjoyed doing work for charity and enjoyed playing all sorts of card games.
