He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Pohlkamp and Lorraine Pohlkamp (Grittner); his siblings-in-law, Jerome Fischer, Jerry Fischer, Leon Fischer, Sue Fischer and Janet Huver; and his parents-in-law, Raymond and Theresa Fischer.
He is survived by: his wife Eileen Pohlkamp of John's Nepomuk Church; his children, Stacie Valentine (Jim), Jason Pohlkamp, John Pohlkamp and Kayla Young (Matt); his grandchildren, Morgan Pohlkamp (Luke Barton), Jayden Young and Carter Young; and his siblings, Mary Ann Fischer, J. R. Pohlkamp (Geri), Jerry Pohlkamp (Judy), Marlys Kummet (Tony), Jeff Pohlkamp (Linda), Diane Winter, Ken Pohlkamp, Denise Zika and Mark Pohlkamp (Sheila). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
