He was predeceased by: his parents, Teresa Gruber (Flicker) and Frank Gruber of Gruber's Market Platz; his wife Millie; and his sisters, Lucille, Lavina, Delirose and Ione.
He is survived by: his children, Kathleen of Little Falls, MN, Susan (Gene) of Rice, MN, Steven (Susan) of Bemidji, MN and Paul (Denise) of Hillman, MN; his grandchildren, Anne, Theresa, Tammy, Danielle, Matthew, Courtney, Jake, Chase, Shelby, Mackenzie, Maggie and Jackson; and his siblings, Fred Gruber (Marge) and Lila Thielen (Norm). He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
