He was predeceased by: his parents, Mike Brisk and Rosie Brisk (Matlock); his wife Marian Wensmann; his siblings, Lucille, Archie, Edmund, Amelia (George), Rhinehart "Butch" (Donna), Ray and Richard; and his nephew Terry.
He is survived by: his brother Virgil (Babe); and his sisters-in-law, Bertha, Irene and Diane. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
