He is survived by: his parents, Curt Hale and Vivian Hale (Geisinger); his wife Nancy Lee Hale; his nephews, Ben Koch (Paula), Ryan Haugo, Rheta Rabe, Jeffrey Koch (Courtney), Brady Haugo and Melissa Huebsch-Haugo; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Vincent Koch, Weston Koch, Morena Koch, Maya Koch, Eleanor Haugo, Ingrid Haugo and Summer Haugo; and his cousins, Harry Brady and Arthur Brady (Jennifer).
