As we bid Ruby farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Ruby is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Reuben Topp and Lily Topp (Hart); and her husband Fred. She is survived by: her children, Renee Pekarek (James) of Groveland, Steve Melgard (Kay) of Perham, Julie Hartzell (Dennis) of Clermont, Sheri Dahlstrom (Scott) of Scottsdale, Susan Cook of Gurnee and Craig Melgard (Wanda) of Freeport, Minnesota.. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Schoeneberger Funeral & Cremation Service (100 Jake St, Perham, MN 56573). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
