He is survived by: his children, Gregg (Kathleen) of Valley City, ND, Ross (Beth) of Bismarck, ND and Andrea Hatle (Curt) of Fargo, ND; his granddaughter Phoebe Hoerner (Jordan) of Bismarck, ND; his children, Alexander of Omaha, NE, Iain of Fargo, ND, Chase Hatle of Dent, MN, Maren Race (Maxwell) of Pella, IA and Brock (Ashley Cotney) of Bismarck, ND; his great grandchildren, Holden Leier, Stevie and Robert Hoerner; his brothers, Dennis (Peggy) of Grand Forks and David (Myrna) of Casa Grande, AZ; and his sister-in-law Ardys Horner of Detroit Lakes.
