He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Prunty and Bette Prunty; and his sister Pam. He is survived by: his children, Sarah (Jereme), Brian (Sarah) and Teresa; his wife Connie; and his grandchildren, London, Jenner, Luke, Levi, Jesse and Liza.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Salvation Army or Heifer International.
