She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances Hurd Sharp and William Emmett Sharp; her son Dale McConachie (Geri); and her granddaughter Nicole. She is survived by: her children, Carol Grouws (Douglas), Donald McConachie (Cynthia), Mary Eckhoff (Wayne), Margaret Shaner (Allan) and Leona Rogers (Glenn); and her husband Nathaniel. She is also survived by five children and spouses; 18 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She lived out the message in Ecclesiastics 3:12, "I know that there is nothing better for people than to be happy and to do good while they live."Memorials may be made to Knute Nelson Hospice or your favorite charity.
