She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Riecks and Hildegard Riecks (Bierman); her husband Dale Monson; her son Kenneth; her grandsons, Richard, Kevin and Brian; her granddaughter-in-law Richelle Monson; and her siblings, Alfred Riecks, Walter Riecks, Bernard Riecks, Bernice Bohn and Germaine Scholl.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Diane Monson (Joe Hayden) of Perham; and her brother Linus Riecks of Goodland, KS. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; 9 great-great-grandchildren.
