She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Dulski and Nancy Dulski (Skibitski); her husband Thaddeus "Ted" Balcer; her daughter Debra Bahls; and her siblings, Ed, Andy, Sylvester, Mike, Margaret and Frances.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph, Karen Kemnitz and Joe Balcer (Theresa); and her son-in-law Dallas Bahls. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
