He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Aul and Anna Aul (Idt); his wife Dorothy Aul; his daughter Janet McKimm; his son-in-law Charles Radunz; his father-in-law Ed; his siblings, Fred Aul (Freda), Ann Jungclaus (Alvin), Katherine Howe (Harold), Molly Malz (Orwin), Marie Winter (Leo), Carl Aul Jr. (Lillian), Henry Aul (Ruth), Victor Aul, Sophie Grey (Paul) and Helen Oelfke (Victor); and his sister-in-law Lora Beneke.
He is survived by: his children, Joan Radunz of Perham, MN, Thomas Aul (Margaret) of Elbow Lake, MN and Timothy Aul of Fergus Falls, MN; his son-in-law Terry McKimm of Mankato, MN; his grandchildren, Bethany Holtmeier (Joe), Brady McKimm (Carrie), Amy Radunz, Jennifer Pederson (Ryan), Amanda Kaldor (Kyle), Kelly Aul, John Aul and Natalie Aul; his great grandchildren, Brianna Schuessler (Cole), Dylan Holtmeier, Ethan Holtmeier and Layton; and his brother-in-law Glen Beneke.
