He was predeceased by: his parents, John Nordback and Ethel Nordback (Veysey); the mother of his children Dorothy Nordbeck; and his sons, James "Jim" A. Nordbeck Jr. and Cameron Nordbeck.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy (Nielsen); his sister Bonnie Van Gilder of Edgewater, WI; his children, Gregory Nordbeck (Sue) of Fargo, ND, Roxanne Hunter (Jeff) of Detroit Lakes, MN and Kris (Kevin); his daughter-in-law Mary Nordbeck Dent; and his nephew Daniel Owens of Birchwood, WI.. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, two foster grandkids and 23 great grandkids and many nieces and nephews.
