With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helene Pettit of Perham, Minnesota, who passed away on April 13, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Schmidt and Margaret Schmidt (Libert); her husband Robert Lynn Pettit; her son James; and her sisters, Margaret Lucking and Roberta Solberg.

She is survived by: her children, Thomas Pettit, Michael Pettit (Dawn), Paul Pettit (Janet), Maggie Pettit-Laske (Dave), Patricia Pettit (Paull Rukavina) and Nicole Pettit (Dan Beers); and her grandchildren, Jill Pettit, Robert Rukavina, Andrew Rukavina and Nicholas Rukavina.
