With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Lorraine Bentley of Perham, Minnesota, born in McIntosh, Minnesota, who passed away on August 27, 2021 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Hoyne and Minda Hoyne (Lovaas); and her former husband Donald E. Bentley. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Don; her children, Dr. Geoffrey Bentley (Pam), Linda Rossow (David) of Byron, MN., Judith Parry (Burton) of York, PA. and Paula Ness (Rick) of Apple Valley, MN.; her grandchildren, Erik Bentley (Ingrid), Sarah Bentley, Reid Bentley (Cathy), Jennifer Rossow, Hope Cross (Scott), Adam Rossow (Tahera Rahman), Megan Adamczyk (Nick), Gavin Romer, Brittany Romer, Emily Ness (Rozell Ritemon), Rachel Ness and Mitchell Ness; her great grandchildren, Annika, Ian, Karina Bentley, Caleb, Avery Cross, Mira, William Adamczyk, Bella and Aria Romer; and her sisters, Gertrude Lindau and Margaret Dahl.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be sent to Calvary Lutheran Church in Perham or the American Cancer Society.
