She was predeceased by: her parents, John Schornack and Anna Schornack (Lachowitzer); her husband John W. Seifert; and her siblings, Elizabeth Doll (Raymond), Catherine Doll (Alois), Marcella Sczygiel (Edward), Cecelia Sczygiel (Frank), Alvina Kunza (Jim), Joseph Schornack and Theresa Doll (Leo).
She is survived by: her children, Tim Seifert (Shawn), Patricia Hendrickx (Donald), Diane Moorhouse (Michael), Janice Guck (Joe), Carol Miranowski (Dennis), Joe Seifert (Tami), Jerry Seifert (Cindy), Steve Seifert (Carolyn) and Kathy Fraki (Brian); and her siblings-in-law, Paul Seifert, Sue Schornack, Anna Seifert and Susan Seifert. She is also survived by 33 grandchildren; 49 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Ann has asked that any donations or memorials be made to St. Henry's Area School Building Fund.
