He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Colligan and Adeline Colligan (Rotzien); his brother Lyle; his siblings-in-law, Gerald Riewer, Peter Riewer and Eileen Riewer Lewis; his nephews, Ken Colligan and Jeff Riewer; and his great-nephews, Ryan Colligan and Sam Riewer.
He is survived by: his grandson Bagley; his wife Rose; his daughters, Susan Bruggeman (Doug), Karen Weist (Troy) and Ann Kostynick (John); his grandchildren, Casey Bruggeman, Ryan Bruggeman, Drew Weist (Liza), Joey Weist (Megan), Elly Weist, Colton Kostynick and Connor Kostynick; and his great grandchildren, Wyatt and Waylon Weist.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calvary Lutheran Church (619 3rd Ave SW, Perham, MN 56573). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location. A memorial service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
