He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Dale, Doris Headlee and Nora "Tudy" Burnard; and his cousin Branden Burnard. He is survived by: his parents, Jamie Burnard and Lewis Headlee; his children, Natascha Pikula, Lucas Headlee and Olivia Headlee; his grandsons, Liam Pikula and Calvin Lewis; his wife Amy Headlee; his stepmother Nancy Headlee; his grandfather George Burnard; his brother Travis Cizek; and his stepbrother Brandon Cizek. He is also survived by family members and friends.
