He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles and Anna (Schwiderski); his brother Christopher Tersteeg; and his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Kangas. He is survived by: his children, Charles Tersteeg of Pequot Lakes, Ann Sawyer (Fred) of Cape Coral, Joseph Tersteeg (Jill) of Columbia Heights and Susan Buhlmann (John) of Aitkin, Minnesota; and his grandchildren, Erik Tersteeg, Meri Tersteeg and Sam Tersteeg. He is also survived by his in laws; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
