He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Zulkosky (Johnson); his son Sean Zulkosky (Kristina Mauer); his stepson Matthew O'Reilly; his grandchildren, Gannon and Aubree; and his siblings, Christine Wakeman (Wayne), Joesph Zulkosky, Patrick Zulkosky and Charles Zulkosky. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
